1.5 mile wu to "falcon gorge" for a hill ladder workout today. 100,200,300,400 - 2 sets. Pace was supposed to be between 5:58-6:46, but I think the majority of them were faster than pace or on the fast end. Both 400s were 90s which was good and consistent so I was happy with it. After ran back (very slowly hah) and then did abs, hips, and some pushups cuz why not. Overall a good workout today.
Also, this will be my last blog post for a couple weeks, but no fear, I shall return!
