Soooo I decided it was time to get back on the old blog due to popular demand and the need to track my miles on my shoes hah. Today was a bit of a weird workout. Started out with an easy three with the #originalsquad (shoutout to y'all) and then came back for a team speed workout on the bikes (winter strikes again) but unfortunately all the bikes got snatched up so I headed back out to wait for my turn and did another mile and a half and stretched a bit. Then I finally got back on the bikes and it was literally one of the hardest 12ish minutes of my life haha. Who knew such a short bike workout could be so exhausting?! The workout was 1min on at mile pace, 1 min rest, 90 sec on at mile pace, 30 sec rest, and then 30 on at mile pace -- 2 sets. After cooled down a mile with Mario. Then did 2 sets of lower body 1 weights and 10 min of abs. Didn't do hips cuz I really needed a break from those, but I did try unsuccessfully to do fire-log pose... and so it ends. Shoutout to anyone who read this far. You da real MVP.
