| | Low mileage today with Gan as per usual. Feeling a lot better today, but our run was pretty slow cuz it was SO COLD (and icy). Rn I'm feeling like this is gonna be a long winter....

| | First speed workout in a long time today. It was three sets of 3x300m at goal indoor mile pace. Felt pretty good for not going very fast in awhile. Hit all my times or faster :)

| | Cuz of a field trip I may have missed practice, but so did Rachel and she was great enough to do the speed workout with me. What a pal. It was a pretty short workout mostly for an 800m. It was 200, 300, 100 with 45 seconds in between the 200 and 300 and a minute inbetween the 300 and 100. All were at goal 800m race pace, did two sets with 5 min active rest inbetween:)

| | Freaking hard speed workout today (at least for me haha). Twas a 400m (45 seconds rest I think) then a 600m (a minute rest I think) and then a 200m all at goal indoor mile pace. Two sets with I think it was around 5 min. active rest in between. My legs were more or less done by the end but it felt pretty good.

| | Super fun run today with Gan, Sami, and Guppy plus about 15 min. of a hill climb bike workout after and of course abs. For the most part seven miles felt pretty good, except for the fact that I should have eaten something before cuz energy was dang hard to find near the end there. My foot is finally starting to feel better and we were running a good pace for the whole thing. Also huge shoutout to Gan and the nice police officer who stopped and made sure she was okay after a little tumble... She was ;) but Gan handled it with mucho grace hah. After the workout we headed on over to Kneaders for some majorly tasty omlettes.Whole morning was extremely satisfying :)

| | Another good high mileage run today. Legs felt a little tired but other than that it was golden. Tried to not push the pace too much cuz speed tomorrow. Also our group was quite large group today for awhile which was super fun. Still missing Butters... :'( after the run we did the hurdle hip excercises and course abs. Also huge shoutout and HAPPY BDAY to LIL NUG!! (aka Carolyn) who is just the best a such a great teammate and friend :):)
