Today I just feel like I've been run over by a train. I was also kinda mad I couldn't race so I did eight VERY SLOW miles to cool off, however I regretted it a bit because I was coughing half the time and then after I sat coughing for like 20 min. It was worth it though. Shoutout to all my awesome team mates who raced today. <3
