Duel meet today. Suffice it to say this was not a great race, but I'm glad i did it so I can have a much better race next week at the invite. I just went way too easy and was way too comfortable the whole time. Also got passed at the very end because i wasn't paying attention and didn't kick much. So that was a bummer. But good job to everyone who raced! Also shoutout to Corner Canyon for having such a sick trail near the track to cooldown on.

ALSO... HUGE shoutout/congrats to Zack on his mission called to Argentina!!
