First run back from being sick. Kept it muy SS (short and slow) so as not to overdo it. Out and back towards Freedom Elementary. Also side note: not sure how much I will be keeping up with fastrunningblog cuz coach made us get a "running2win" account. I'm not super thrilled about it tbh...
