More speed today. Mile wu and then we did 200,400,800,1600,800,400,200. The 200s and 400s were at mile pace. 60 sec rest after the 200 and 90 sec after the 400. The 800s and 1600 were at 5k pace. 2:30 rest after the 800s and 3:30 after the mile. Hit 40, 82, 3:00, 6:05, 3:00, 78, and 32 (i think). Overall it was an okay workout. My legs were not feeling the whole "let's go fast" thing today so I struggled on the ones at the end that were mile pace. However all were slightly below pace so i'm not gonna say it was bad. After did a grass barefoot mile and then the two-mile loop. Legs and feet felt wrecked. Abs and hips after.
