Really busy day today so mileage was way broken up. 2 during flex, 3 at lunch with a mile and a half of speed changes. Felt good, 8:05 ap.

Shake out run in page AZ on the way to NXR. Ran on some random sandy trail (actually I'm not entirely sure it WAS a trail). Also some large birds got unfortunately close to some people's heads. Thankfully we turned around and finished up on a nice, birdless golf course. ap was way slow... not sure exactly, but legs are feelin good.
