Cuz of a field trip I may have missed practice, but so did Rachel and she was great enough to do the speed workout with me. What a pal. It was a pretty short workout mostly for an 800m. It was 200, 300, 100 with 45 seconds in between the 200 and 300 and a minute inbetween the 300 and 100. All were at goal 800m race pace, did two sets with 5 min active rest inbetween:)
