High mileage recovery today. After a long debte/argument about where to run, we set off on the MCT towards Smith's. Warmed up almost 2 miles, stretched, and kept on goin. Legs felt pretty rough for the first half. We stopped at the "Freedom Park" and did a mile on the grass, and then ran back. My legs actually felt a lot better towards the end. When we got back to the school we did one more mile on the grass and I got a stupid sticker stuck in my toe... smh. Average pace apr. 8:21. Afterward did abs and hips. Unshoutout to Michael for hiding my shoes -_-
