Medium easy pace run today. Did a mile wu before we started easy pace. I was a little worried it would feel real hard bc we havent done an easy pace run in awhile, but it ended up not being bad at all except for a stupid side cramp I had. We did the "double-dip" loop. Average pace was about a 7:35 or so w/out the wu; 7:45 with the warm up. Good run. After did abs and hips and stretched a bit. Unshoutout cuz no one would go get a hot dog with me. You all suck.
