Mile wu and then 3.5 mile steady state run. Felt really good the first mile and then started to feel it a little the second mile. Stayed on pace the whole time so that's a plus, but I definitely didn't have the best kick at the end. Kaylee did tho so good job to her! Apr. pace was like a 6:45-6:50 i think. I felt good about my effort level and overall it was a good workout. Finished up another 2.5 miles after.
