Pre-meet and high mileage today. Started off with a 2.5ish mile wu and then an 800m at race pace on the grass. Ended up being a little faster than pace even tho my legs felt like, well, very heavy sticks... anyway. after did some starts with the team and then finished up mileage, which was about 5.5 more miles. Went with some of the girls and Jamie down the MCT to the rail trail, along that for awhile, and then back. Legs were super tired overall. I think i'll be able to pull it together tomorrow for the meet... hopefully. Abs, hips, and ice bath after.
