So today was super excited because I got to run seven whole miles for the first time since, uh... A long time haha. Mile wu then headed out with some of the girls to go wake up Laurel. Turns out she was already awake and going to work. She needs to straighten up her priorities I think. After that Guppy and Brynlee and I headed up to the MCT and ran on that for a bit then turned around and came back for a "fun" upper body workout... Apr. 7:40.

Also HUGE shoutout to Guppy cuz it's her 18th birthday!! I wish her many more years of being super awesome and super speedy ❤️
