Today's weather was just the best. Finally feels like fall complete with awesome cross country weather. We did a shortish speed workout today. 10x400m - first 5 at 5k pace with 1 min rest inbetween, next 3 at 2 mile pace with 2 min rest, and last two at mile pace with 3 min rest inbetween those. Splits were overall way good. About 91s for the ones at 5k, and about 86-87 for 2 mile ones (i think?) and mile was a lot faster... last one ended up being a 69 haha. Legs felt way good during the workout, best they've felt in a long time actually. After finished up about 3 and a half miles and did abs and hips.
