Today I did the mile wu loop and after Jamie had us head up to the grovel and do ten or so minutes of grass running (I did mine barefoot) and after we just finished our mileage. However... the all of our running today (minus the wu) was supposed to be at "easy pace". It'll suffice to say that for me on this day "easy pace" did not feel very much like an easy pace. I'm hoping that it will start to feel easier as I feel better and get some more training in. (Apr. 7:20) After the run did the usual abs and hips and then a short, not-too-hard lower body workout.
