Today started off with a wu down to the bottom of that one hill... (don't know what to call it lol) and then we had 2 sets of 3, 90 sec pickups up the hill with a half mile inbetween sets. Legs were feelin a little tired to start off and it felt like it was about 236 degrees outside (give or take) BUT I still felt like it was a good workout. Last pickup was killer. After we finished up to medium mileage including a mile on the grass.
