Ended awesome week with the famous 20x400 workout. First five at 5k pace, second five at two-mile pace, next five at current mile pace, and last five at goal mile or basically as fast as you can make them. I felt good today so I was kinda excited and the first 10 or so flew by. I think I struggled the most on the next set, the current mile pace ones, just to find a good pace and not overdo it. I actually felt wonderful the last five and my last one ended up being about a 71 or 72 which I felt really good about. Gan definitely pushed me the whole time and I was grateful for that.
