Today was the first day in like 3 weeks that I've run over 2.5 miles. It felt both good and... Not so good ;) I was way glad that Gan came with me because she helped me get through the first few miles until I started feeling good. I'm sure it would have felt better if it wasn't so COLD!! Totally worth it though cuz it felt so good to run. I love lifting and biking and all (welllllll not really) but it really doesn't keep me in shape and feeling as good as running :)
